Rebecca (“Becky”) Bodony, Esq. is a U.S. immigration attorney who specializes in representing businesses and investors in their immigration petitions, responses to government Requests for Evidence (“RFE”), and appeals. Since 2013, she has focused solely on the practice of immigration law. She has extensive experience with EB-5 investors, E-2 investors, E-3 work visas, H-1B work visas, intracompany transfers (L-1 and EB-1C), and extraordinary ability petitions (O-1 and EB-1A).
After graduating from Duke Law School in 2007, Becky began her legal career in the Litigation department of White & Case LLP in New York. She focused her practice on complex corporate litigation and also worked on the immigration cases of several of the firm’s clients (with a focus on petitions for professionals/artists with extraordinary ability in their field). She received an award for her pro bono work defending children facing deportation.
